AFC Serves

About the Project

Florida’s 28 public colleges are doing remarkable things for their students every day, and most of it goes untold. AFC’s statewide service project is a year-round initiative built around a simple idea: support the food pantry that already exists on your campus, document the work you’re doing, and let AFC help amplify it.

Throughout the year, AFC will collect contribution data, gather stories, and feature colleges in the AFC newsletter. At the Annual Conference, every submission comes together into one unified statewide story and presentation, showing what our system is capable of when 28 colleges work toward a common goal.

How to Get Involved

Submit your college’s contribution totals, tell us about your food pantry, share what is working, and upload a photo or flyer. Update AFC with your institution’s progress. AFC will feature participating colleges throughout the year in the AFC newsletter/media outreach, in the tracker above, and at the Annual Conference. Every submission becomes part of one unified statewide story.
