TRAVEL INFORMATION
Dates: Wednesday, November 18 – Thursday, November 19 (Friday optional)
Professionals who are not part of the Councils begin their conference experience on Wednesday, November 18. Registration opens at 12:00 PM, with breakout sessions beginning at 1:00 PM. The first day concludes with a Welcome Reception featuring light appetizers. Attendees continue on Thursday with a full day of programming, including breakfast, business meetings, educational sessions, lunch, and end with an evening reception with a silent auction.
What’s included in the $220 rate:
Wednesday afternoon breakout sessions (registration opens 12:00 PM, sessions begin 1:00 PM)

IF YOU SELECTED THE OPTIONAL FRIDAY ADD ON: College leaders and campus professionals may extend their experience by adding Friday morning sessions for an additional $55. This add-on includes breakfast and concludes at 12:00 PM.
Suggested arrival
No later than Wednesday, November 18 at 1:00 PM, when breakout sessions begin. Registration opens at 12:00 PM.
Suggested departure
Events will end Thursday at 7:30 PM. Consider booking Thursday night at the hotel property to avoid an evening rush.
Optional Friday add-on — $55
Extend your stay by one morning. Friday sessions include breakfast and conclude by 12:00 PM. If you add this option, plan to depart Friday afternoon.
ROOM BLOCK
A block of rooms is reserved at the conference property, Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld. The nightly rate is $209.00. You can book your room here. The room block closes on October 27. Rooms will likely fill up before the cut-off date. Parking is not included in your room reservation or conference registration. Self-parking is available for $44.00/night.
