TRAVEL INFORMATION
Dates: Thursday, November 19 – Friday, November 20 (Wednesday optional)
Council members begin their conference on Thursday, November 19, with sessions starting at 10:00 AM. Day one continues with lunch, general session, council breakout sessions, and the evening reception and silent auction. On Friday, November 20, attendees enjoy a breakfast followed by business meetings. The conference concludes no later than noon.

IF YOU SELECTED THE OPTIONAL WEDNESDAY ADD ON: Council members may choose to arrive a day early and add Wednesday afternoon breakout sessions and the Welcome Reception for an additional $55.
Suggested arrival
Thursday, November 19 by 10:00 AM. Registration opens at 8:00 AM. We recommend booking Wednesday and Thursday nights at the hotel property so you’re settled in and ready to go.
Suggested departure
After Friday, November 20 at 12:00 PM, when business meetings conclude.
Optional Wednesday add-on — $55
Arrive a day early to join Wednesday afternoon breakout sessions and the Welcome Reception. If you add this option, plan to arrive no later than 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 18.
ROOM BLOCK
A block of rooms is reserved at the conference property, Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld. The nightly rate is $209.00. You can book your room here. The room block closes on October 27. Rooms will likely fill up before the cut-off date. Parking is not included in your room reservation or conference registration. Self-parking is available for $44.00/night.
