AFC kicks off its new Level Up series with a conversation featuring Dr. Nate Southerland, Provost at Santa Fe College. The series pulls back the curtain on college leadership, giving members a closer look at the people guiding Florida’s colleges and the journeys that brought them there.
Dr. Southerland will be joined by Dr. Brent Ferns, Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs at Santa Fe College, for a moderated conversation covering Dr. Southerland’s path into higher education leadership, what a typical day looks like for him, and what he wants members across the system to know about him. The discussion will run for 20 minutes, followed by live audience questions.
