AFC’s Level Up series continues with a conversation featuring Dr. Brent Ferns, Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs at Santa Fe College and AFC’s incoming President. The series pulls back the curtain on college leadership, giving members a closer look at the people guiding Florida’s colleges and the journeys that brought them there.

Dr. Ferns will be joined by Marie Young-Trabbic, Academic Chair of Business Programs at Santa Fe College, for a moderated conversation covering Dr. Ferns’s path into higher education leadership, the lessons that shaped his approach, and his advice for members considering their own next step into leadership. The discussion will run for 20 minutes, followed by live audience questions.
