The 2025 Success Summit is the premier higher education conference in Florida, bringing together faculty, staff, administrators, and council leaders from across the Florida College System.

Hosted by the Association of Florida Colleges (AFC), in partnership with the AFC Foundation and the Joint Councils, this statewide professional development event will take place on November 12–14, 2025, at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld. All breakout sessions will occur on November 13. View the list of breakouts here.

Attendees can expect three days of collaborative learning, strategic networking, and actionable insights through breakout sessions, council meetings, and a silent auction benefiting the AFC Foundation.

Whether you’re looking to enhance student outcomes, connect with peers, or stay informed on system-wide updates, the Success Summit is Florida’s go-to event for college professionals committed to excellence in education. The event is filling up FAST and will sell out. Registration is $225. AFC members receive a $25 discount. The room block is closed, but you can book directly with the hotel here.

Service Project: Snowball Express

The 2025 Success Summit proudly supports the Patriot Guard Riders in their partnership with the Gary Sinise Foundation’s Snowball Express program. This program serves over 1,750 children of fallen military heroes and first responders each year, providing healing experiences and year-round support to help these families honor their fallen hero and connect with others who understand their journey.

All attendees are encouraged to bring items from the Patriot Guard Riders’ wishlist – military patches, first responder gear, or fun items suitable for ages 5-17. Your donations will directly support children who have lost a parent in service to our country and communities. Please bring your items to the registration desk at the 2025 Success Summit.

Silent Auction Benefitting the AFC Foundation

The AFC Foundation is soliciting items for this year’s silent auction. Individuals, chapters, regions, commissions, learning communities, and boards are welcome to donate items to fill the tables. Items that sell include artwork, gift baskets, hotel stays, cameras, sports memorabilia, jewelry, technology devices, books, gift cards, event tickets, services, and decorations. If you wish to donate an item, it may be brought directly to the conference in November OR shipped to Fred Holt, Pensacola State College, Comptroller’s Office, 1000 College Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32504.
