Call for Proposals Now Open: Present at the 2025 Success Summit!

The Association of Florida Colleges (AFC) invites innovative thinkers, expert practitioners, and passionate educators to submit proposals for breakout sessions at the 2025 Success Summit, the premier professional development conference for Florida’s state college professionals.

This year’s event will take place November 12–14, 2025, at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida. Breakout sessions will be held on Thursday, November 13, and presenters must be available on this day.

We are seeking a dynamic mix of general interest and targeted presentations designed to spark dialogue, inspire innovation, and support student and institutional success across the Florida College System.

Proposal submissions are due by September 5, 2025, at 5pm EDT. Notifications of acceptance will be provided on September 19, 2025, and awarded speakers have until September 30, 2025, to confirm.

What We’re Looking For

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Impact on student and/or college outcomes
• Relevance to audiences within the Florida College System
• Strength and depth of professional development content
• Presenter expertise and subject matter relevance
• Session format and attendee engagement potential
